General Delivery Information

VSATplus aims to deliver your product right first time, every time. To help us achieve this VSATplus uses a number of delivery partners:

  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • UPS

When can I expect my order?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email.

The amount of time that your order takes to get to you will depend on the delivery option you selected at the time of order. Estimated delivery times for each delivery option are shown at the point of purchase.

The maximum length of time for UAE orders to arrive is 5 working days.

Can I change my delivery address?

There is the option during the purchase process to select a different delivery address to the billing address.

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we cannot change the delivery address.

My order has shipped but I have not received it yet?

The carrier may have trouble finding your address or may have already attempted delivery when no one was home. Should there be any problems with your delivery, VSATplus will strive to inform you accordingly.

Luckily, in the majority of late order cases a customer’s order is simply delayed in the postal system and is delivered only a couple of days late.

If 5 working days have passed since the expected delivery date please contact us to report the problem and we will take further steps to resolve the situation for you.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery, VSATplus will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.

My order has arrived damaged.

If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact us.

Secure Technology

We are aware of the concerns customers have about entering their card details when carrying out a transaction. We have therefore implemented the following measures to ensure that paying via our Website is as safe as possible:

We ask you to enter the CV2 security number from the back of your credit or debit card, which helps to reduce the risk of Internet fraud being carried out.

You should ensure that the technology you are using is also secure.

We do send regular e-mails about our best offers. Should you wish to stop receiving these, there is a simple unsubscribe link in every email.

Returns & Replacements

Returns Overview

At VSATplus we want to make sure that you are always happy with your product. In the unlikely event of any damage or a fault with your new product, we will deal with this immediately.

  • Under distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any unused product/s within 7 days (starting the day after your product is delivered) for whatever reason.
  • If you decide to return a product to us then you need to let us know, in writing, either by email, fax or letter, within this time period.
  • To enable you to do this you must not have used the product and return it in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • There are some charges associated with this so please ensure you read the Returns Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

How can I return my item?

Returns can be arranged via contacting Customer Services.

If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us first. Be sure to provide the following details:

  • Your Web Order Number
  • A contact phone number
  • Reason for return

On receipt of your e-mail, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Indicating this number clearly on the packaging of the goods you are returning will help ensure that your returns are processed quickly.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once your goods are back at VSATplus, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.

What happens if I have received a defective item?

If you're having trouble with your new product, please contact Customer Services immediately to report your defective product.

Ordering
How do I place my order?

Select the items you want to order and add them to your shopping basket by clicking the ‘add to cart ’ button in the Buy Box. Shown in the Buy Box you will find a summary of the items in your basket. You can review your basket by clicking ‘view basket’ or you can proceed directly to the checkout by clicking the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.

Customers have the option to checkout anonymously as a guest or to register for a vsatplus.net account. It is advisable to register for a vsatplus.net account for future convenience with fast and easy check out and easy access to your order history and status. Choose whether to register or be a guest and then click ‘continue’.

The site will walk you through the checkout process step by step until your order is placed and completed.

Once the system has completed the checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Can I save an order for later?

You can save your shopping basket for later. All you need is to have registered for an account with vsatplus.net. Whatever items are put into your basket prior to completing the checkout process will be saved for the next time when you log back into your account. The saved basket is stored in your vsatplus.net account where you can review, change and delete the virtual order. Please note, you did not place the actual order until you followed the usual order completion steps. Once you placed the actual order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

How do I log out?

Simply close your browser window and you will have logged out. As an additional security measure, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
